It all starts in The Grange with Farm Director, Nick Runkle, as he leads you through the garden collecting herbs and flowers to incorporate into your dish.

Next, guests will learn how to turn the raw ingredients laid out in front of them into delicious pasta dough with expert guidance from one of our chefs.

After a little elbow grease and sparkling wine, guests will incorporate their garden picks into the freshly rolled out dough.

Next, you’ll be led through the cooking process, preparing a homemade sauce to accompany your pasta.

Enjoy your labor of love in our garden, as you taste the flavors of The Grange coupled with a glass of wine.
