Led by James Beard-winning cheese educator Janet Fletcher and Mumm Napa winemaker Tami Lotz, you’ll taste seven carefully selected cheeses alongside four sparkling wines. Fletcher, the publisher of the Planet Cheese blog and author of multiple books on cheese, will guide you through evaluating cheese like a pro and discovering the perfect wine pairings.
