With both of my kids home from school on holiday break for the past couple/few weeks, my days have been running together. I very nearly forgot today is Wednesday!
Today’s (quick but awesome) words come to us from winemaker, Peter Finlayson, of Bouchard Finlayson Vineyard in South Africa.
A wine-truth, if there ever was one:
Pinot Noir is probably my favorite grape (though Tempranillo is pretty dandy). I’ve tasted a ton of Pinot, and I can almost always divide it into two categories: Pinot that curls my toes, and Pinot I’m tempted to water my plants with (rare is the boring, but drinkable Pinot).
There is no middle road . . .
Salud!
