Ottomani was founded 15 years ago. It started with the story of four childhood friends who shared a deep devotion to one thing: wine. After working at a few old Chianti farms, they had the idea to start their own extra-virgin olive oil and wine production company.

After Casina di Cornia was abandoned in 1979, the new owners rebuilt its buildings and planted new grapes. They have been growing organic crops since the beginning in order to prioritize environmental balance and improve the health of the soil in agricultural operations.
