Thanksgiving threw an eclipse over my time last week, so I’m playing catch-up ball with some of the Photography 101 themes this week. At least that’s my plan.
Today’s make-up theme is: Converge. We’re supposed to “explore the ways lines and shapes can converge in interesting ways through photography.”
I took this shot through the window in my stairwell. At first, I was focusing on the clouds (because there’s also a glass theme I haven’t gotten around to yet). And then I realized the real star of this photo was the converging window panes and their striking contrast with the sky.
And now I’m having a Geometry flashback — because I realize I’ve just taken an avant-garde photo of a protractor.

See you tomorrow. Probably.
Salud!
Disclaimer: This is actually a Weekly Photo Challenge theme, not a Photography 101 Challenge. You see? I’m so far behind, I’ve started mixing my challenges.
At first it looked as though you were looking out of the Millennium Falcon cockpit!
