The Flatiron Building in New York City.
Our theme for the Weekly Photo Challenge this week is: Corner.
Our instructions: This week’s challenge is all about angles and intersections. Share a photo that plays on any of the word’s many meanings.
Built in 1902, the Flatiron Building in New York is one of the city’s most recognizable structures. It’s a triangle shaped building that sits on a triangle shaped piece of real estate, bordering Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue, and East 22nd Street.
Corners, corners, corners.
My favorite thing about this picture (and I didn’t notice it when I took the photo), is the lonely light, in one of the point (corner) offices.
